THE COMMUNITY
As part of the My Huatulco Vacation Signature Collection, Residencias Lu Iba is located within the gated community of Villas Zaashilla. This community is part of one of the most esteemed resorts on our coast – the Camino Real Zaashila. Residencias Lu Iba offers incredible ocean views, access to the resort’s many amenities and is conveniently located just steps from the beach.
This unit is located on the fifth floor (penthouse) of this multi-level building, nestled into the Tangolunda hillside.
BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
The residence features two ocean view bedrooms which are divided by the common living area, for additional privacy. This residence can comfortably accommodate six adults with the option of a sofa-bed suitable for two children. This sofa can be used as a single day bed with an additional pull-out single trundle below.
The master bedroom offers panoramic views with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the view from the comfort of your king-sized bed. The master is outfitted with a full ensuite bathroom, complete with shower as well as a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized beds and boasts a full ensuite bathroom, with shower. This second bedroom also offers floor to ceiling windows as well as a private ocean view terrace. This bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. As an added convenience there is also a powder room located directly across the hall.
KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
This residence is equipped with a full modern kitchen, offering a built in stove top, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen, dining area and common living area share an open-concept which not only allows you to enjoy the view while cooking, but also enjoy the company of guests. Also included in this space is a breakfast bar with seating for three.
POOLS & AMENITIES
As an extension off the open-air living/dining area, enjoy the benefits of your private plunge pool. The Camino Real Zaahshila offers complementary access to their three restaurants (including the popular seaside - Azul Profundo), piano bar, gift shop and beach. With your stay you can also enjoy the resort's pool, which is the largest in the region as well as use of their beach-side loungers and shaded palapas.

Transportation is readily available by taking a 3-minute walk to the front gates of Villas Zaashila, where you will find 24-hour taxi access.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $95 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee | Balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival
• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
Please note: There is no laundry service in the residence. However, laundry service is available locally, please inquire for details.

Our lovely Huatulco Stay
Views, swimming pool and grounds were all amazing. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Our accommodation was a bit tight for 6 people and 3 generations but we made it work. Having 3 bathrooms certainly helped. The kitchen was functional but somewhat tired and sparsely outfitted but we also managed well. The plunge pool was a big plus. - Vancouver, BC, CA 3/11/2024

Beautiful Villa on the Beach

Very nice condo unit. The common area/kitchen is open to the outside...this was a surprise upon arrival. Omer the manager was responsive and helpful. Although there is WIFI in the condo the service is spotty at best and we could only connect in the common area outside by the pool. There is no internet signal in the bedrooms for the TV etc.

In terms of the internet, Huatulco is a remote destination and sometimes the signal strength can ebb and flow. The condos in this boutique complex share a signal, which can make the strength slower if all units are occupied. Thank you for making note of it for future travelers! Great Place overlooking Tangolunda Bay
Stayed at Lu Iba Condo 5 for a week in January 2023. The place is a nice layout with a great view overlooking Tangolunda Bay. The condo was as described.
