“We recently stayed at this vacation rental and absolutely loved it for the location and stunning views. The property overlooks Tangolunda Beach, and you get a postcard-perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom and kitchen/dining and pool areas. The architecture is unique and blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, creating an open, airy atmosphere that immediately feels relaxing.

One of the best parts is the convenience—it’s just a quick 7-minute walk through Quinta Real’s beautiful premises to reach the beach. Plus, we had easy access to Quinta Real’s restaurant and Sky Lounge bar, both offering similar stunning views, making it perfect for a sunset drink or a nice meal nearby.

A few details could use updating. The kitchen, though functional, feels outdated and could benefit from modern appliances. This matters only if you plan on cooking during your stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Eugenio and Rosy and the staff are wonderful!! Martha the Property Manager, is a superstar and went above & beyond to help answer our questions!! We will be back!

Our only issues were: there was little to no water pressure in the shower in the main floor bathroom, and that the window coverings really need to be replaced as they are very dated and stained. In the big picture these are just small issues. - Quesnel, BC, Canada 2/27/2023

Villa eugenio is a great place to be. We rented the place with other 3 couples and we have a blast. With the chef service, the food, the cleaning team and the concierge everything was unique. My congratulations to Joe and his team, they have plenty knowledge about the city and they helped us with everything. Also, Huatulco have really beautiful beaches and really good food. Such an amazing view, the house was absolutely gorgeous!! The staff incredibly nice and very helpful! The house was cleaned every day early in the morning along with the pool. The location and view were superb. The cleanliness was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The arrival chef service and pantry stocking was very helpful and highly recommended. The kitchen cupboards, oven, dining room chairs and lounge chairs are in desperate need of a refurbishment or replacement. Perhaps more lounge chairs (only 3) would be a good investment since the villa can accommodate 8 guests. We could connect to the wifi but it was not connected to the internet. The rules for the use of the resort pool, pool service and beach service was confusing. I would recommend this property to a friend if the items needing attention were fixed. - Kathryn R. We had an amazing stay at Villa Eugenio. The house is older but is set up perfectly for a group of 8. The views from the the outdoor areas and pool is absolutely stunning. The pool was kept impeccably clean during our stay. The location is perfectly set in Tangolunda ( one of my favourite areas in Huatulco), walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and shops. The crew at my Huatulco Vacations were as amazing as always, quick to respond to any questions we had. The owner should do a little updating and thoroughly clean the house, washing walls and windows. The house overlooks forested areas where flocks of parrots fly. Citrolene trogons, orioles, kiskadees and magpie jays live in the trees around the house. The house itself is lovely, all but the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are open to the view of the bay. Having the pool to jump into after morning walks was great. Some minor maintenance issues. my whole family had a great time. The house was clean, the location perfect and the staff was amazing. Rossy and Ude were very helpful and always willing to help when asked. Their help was really appreciated by my family.

This Villa is in an absolutely beautiful location. Quiet, somewhat secluded and the most beautiful views. All 4 bedrooms were as described, clean and well maintained. The staff were hard working, courteous, and helpful when called upon. Would recommend this property without reservations. I originally found this rental on Vrbo and reached out regarding staying for the 4th of July to get away with some friends. Booking went super smoothly thanks to Gabriella and Claudia! Every one from the transportation staff to Mayrelit, the house manager, was really kind and helpful. Setting up excursion, chef services and COVID tests were super easy thanks to Claudia. If I needed anything they were there to assist. The villa itself is WAAAAYYYY better than the pictures and the photos were amazing. My friend and I thought we were at a welcome center at first lol.
