The open concept living and kitchen area allow for endless ocean views while enjoying time together in this shared space. The kitchen provides luxury appliances including built-in gas stovetop, range, dishwasher and microwave as well as a large refrigerator. Dining areas include indoor breakfast bar, outdoor and rooftop; all complemented by adjacent lounges.
For moments spent out of the sun, you can settle into the media room to watch a movie on the smart TV or to enjoy a good book. When you are ready to socialize and enjoy some of the Oaxacan sunshine, you can visit one of Amanecer's two oceanfront pools.

• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.

Long Term Stay Renters
We had stayed in Amanecer for a one week stay a few years back and decided to stay here for 6 weeks this time in K3
We booked though My Huatulco Vacations and the process and the people who work for this company are professional, they communicate well and are just nice people. They make it very easy to travel.
K3 is situated at the back of the property at the top of the hill, so there is some walking to do to get to the main pool , the beach and the entrance. Keep this in mind in case mobility is an issue
The unit itself is gorgeous. It was very clean, nicely decorated and has great views from both the patios in the unit and the rooftop terrace. We spent a lot of time on the terrace in the plunge pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you will need and we cooked a lot
The property manager Alfredo was also great in ensuring that everything was working well and he always was there with answers to any of our questions.

Beautiful property!
We stayed at Amanacer K3. The condo was Beautiful! The rooftop terrace and splash pool were perfect for the lazy days when we just didn’t feel like going out. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.
The property Manager was very helpful throughout our stay as well.
The only downside was the walk up to this building. If you have mobility or health issues, it can be a very difficult climb. Also there are no elevators. We were not made aware of this. Other than that, a great experience!

A lovely stay with top drawer service from My Huatulco Vacations
Our family of 5 spent an all too short 4-days in K3 at Amanecer condos and had a really enjoyable stay. The condo itself is impeccably appointed with quality amenities that exceed expectations. The unit is spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop deck with plunge pool is a quiet oasis that you don't want to leave. The My Huatulco Vacation team was as top notch as the condo itself, anticipating all our needs and offering helpful advice and suggestions. Their service feels very personal and genuine and we appreciated it very much. Great stay at Amanecer
We had an amazing time at Amanecer. Our villa, K3, had an amazing rooftop deck although we found ourselves at the beach or the infinity pool more. We did cook a nice dinner using the grill up on the deck. The villa was well appointed and had everything we needed. Having to turn the water heater on and off was new for us. It blew up in my face one time so that was a little scary. K3 is located at the top of the hill so be prepared to walk a little bit. We didnt mind it as we had great views but if you have trouble getting around, be aware of the villa location at the property. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely book through My Huatulco Vacation again. They provided exemplary service before and during our stay. They even let us borrow a snorkel which was awesome because the beaches all have great snorkeling. We cant wait to go back! - Colin M. Canada 12/9/2024
