■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.

Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.

Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it - we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.

That said, please note that the property has an onsite caretaker, who has a separate living area on the grounds of the property, not within the main access for the villa.
