Huatulco stretches 22 miles along nine bays between the Coyula and Copalita rivers. It lies about 300 miles east of Acapulo, but there are no bunched-up high-rise hotel strips to mar the scenery, just soft sands, clear ocean, striking cliffs and dense forest.New York Times
This two-bedroom condo is located on Camino Real Zaashila's luxury resort property. Offering 2000 square feet of living space, this condo is a perfect step up from standard resort accommodations. The whole condo is set up with space in mind. The amenities of the resort property offer multiple restaurants, pools, recreation facilities, bars, etc. But the private pool on the balcony terrace offers the option of some privacy if that's what the day calls for. A highly recommended choice - especially for a family of four or more! Resort charges $55/day for maid service and access to resort facilities.
This is a 2nd story end unit with its own splash pool, 2 balconies - one off the second bedroom and one off the main living room. Beautiful view, hear the waves crash on the beach, take in the ocean and pool while you sip a margarita and relax.
Both bedrooms have tvs with dvds, great views from both balconies and some very comfortable furniture. Loungers come with this condo for use on the balconies. Don't forget though, you have access to all of the resorts activities too!

Relax in your very own private splash pool with gorgeous ocean views. Or take a quick 3 minute walk to the beautifully designed outdoor pool - including a separate shallow children's pool. It overlooks the spectacular white sandy beach. The ocean breaks right at the beach, so it's not ideal for body surfing/surfing but it's a great protected bay. Rent jetskis, go for a boat tour of the 8 other bays or bahias huatulco. For families (especially parents needing a break!) let the kids go to beach club where they have organized activities for children all day. You can organize tours of the region right at the pool where you collect towels (all included in your stay!) Eco tourism is very respected in Huatulo, they've received a higher "green" award than Costa Rica!
The swimming conditions in this bay vary. In some areas you will find protected coves (mainly in resort areas) where the beach is sheltered from the waves. But, for the most part, this bay brings fairly intense waves and often has an undertow that makes it unfit for smaller children and/or weak swimmers.

During the day, guests can take advantage of the available beach club which grants access to all the resort amenities. Among these amenities are two gorgeous swimming pools including Huatulco's largest – stretching an impressive 500 feet. Las Cúpulas restaurant is located just off the Quinta Real lobby in Huatulco, Mexico. Its prime location, perched high atop a cliff, gives you amazing views of Tangolunda Bay. As you wind up the road to Quinta Real, you really get a sense for how elevated you are.
If you're in the mood for some amazing seafood, be sure to check out Azul Profundo located inside the Camino Real resort. Their self-titled Thai-Mex fusion includes some traditional French influences that result in a well balanced seafood menu.
If you happen to be staying in an off site private villa, don't worry, the staff at Camino Real are more than willing to have you for the day or simply for a meal.
